A good turnout last night with items from old and new members. Geraint brought in a home made steamer for straightening walking sticks using a 4" soil pipe and a wallpaper stripper. Ray Bevan also brought in a miniature lathe he'd bought recently, sorry both items don't appear in the photos!
Our Annual Presentation Evening/Christmas Dinner will be held at The Bryngwyn, Pwll on the second Wedensday in December. Your name on the list and a £5 deposit by the last Wedensday of this month please!

Tonight we will be holding our monthly "show and tell"evening.
Please bring along anything you have turned, a jig you have made etc. or any c##k-up and explain what went wrong!
Next week 21st October Geraint will be demonstrating how to turn and assemble fountain pens, a different method to those of you who normally turn twist action biros.
